The Ahrex XO784 BC Game Changer Hook is the first hook series designed specifically to integrate seamlessly with articulated fly shank systems. Developed by Blane Chocklett in close collaboration with Ahrex Hooks, this specialized streamer hook serves as the primary leading foundation for highly realistic, multi-segmented swimbait flies like the Game Changer, Jerk Changer, and other Game Changer-style flies.

Key Design Features

• Millimeter-Based Sizing: Traditional hook numbering is replaced by exact millimeter 8mm through 80mm to match sequential shank lengths perfectly.

• Oversized Hook Eye: A vastly enlarged eye allows smooth attachment to articulated wire spines, maximizing the fly's uninhibited joint flexibility and swimming motion.

• Wide Gape: Designed with an extra-wide bow width to dramatically improve fly keeling and ensure solid hookups around bulky synthetic materials.

• Stinger Bend: Features a custom stinger profile paired with a slightly upturned, chemically sharpened point to optimize deep penetration on aggressive strikes.

• Heavy-Duty Build: Forged from high-carbon steel with a stealthy, corrosion-resistant black nickel finish suitable for both fresh and saltwater environments.
